Op5’s DSL management program meets the high installation standards of Georgia Pacific

Georgia-Pacific is one of the world’s leading makers of tissue, pulp, paper, packaging, building products and related chemicals. Their high standards of quality and safety are a part of everyday life. One of those everyday product lines—towel dispensers—requires an army of technical service professionals and coordinators. Georgia Pacific needed someone to raise their army and direct the management and maintenance of their dispensers.Screen Shot 2014-08-20 at 2.16.54 PM

Op5 specializes in large-scale, complex projects and within four months had implemented the Dispenser Solutions for a Lifetime (DSL) system. DSL is an outsource management program that has been operating for 10 years. Op5 Installation Coordinators use DSL to coordinate installations and maintenance while communicating with the Georgia Pacific sales professionals, Georgia Pacific customers and the Op5 technical service crew.

The DSL system provides:

  • A certified, nationwide technical service crew.
  • Liability insurance for installations and the technical service crew.
  • Nationwide coverage for scheduled service and maintenance.
  • All-sized installations ranging from 5 to 10,000 dispensers or more.
  • Installations in all types of facilities—businesses, schools and medical facilities.
  • Coordination of site surveys to assure the correct orders have been placed and the facility is prepared.
  • Management of the lease agreements and paperwork needed.
  • Online opportunity and proposal tracking.
  • Real-time financial analysis data.

The DSL system provides the management and man power that Georgia Pacific requires to receive detailed data regarding all aspects of the business, from sales opportunities to environmental impact. After thousands of installs, Op5 has proven that DSL has the high-quality standard that Georgia Pacific expects. Now Georgia Pacific can concentrate on their paper products and leave the installations to Op5.
